  • Euphoria season 3 has a first look trailer
  • The series returns to HBO Max on April 12, 2026
  • Season 3 has a five-year time jump and teases Cassie and Nate's huge wedding scene

Euphoria season 3 has a long awaited trailer, treating fans to a first look at the characters now that they're no longer in high school. The series returns to HBO Max on April 12.

Season 3 picks up five-years after its predecessor, so we have a lot of catching up to do. Cassie and Nate are getting married, Rue's in Mexico working off her debt, Jules is in art school, and Maddy's got a job in Hollywood...

So, while we'll be seeing many familiar faces, things couldn't be more different and we've got lots of drama ahead. Take a look at the trailer below.

What should we expect from Euphoria season 3?

First off, plenty of fan favorite characters are back. Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Maude Apatow and Dominic Fike reprise their roles as we catch up with their characters several years later.

Even though we're leaving the high school drama behind, I'm sure things won't be boring. There's a lot of things I want to see this time around – you can check out three big questions that Euphoria season 3 needs to answer for more on that.

There's a big wedding coming up in season 3, which sees Cassie Howard (Sydney Sweeney) and Nate Jacobs (Jacob Elordi) tying the knot. Creator Sam Levinson teased to Vulture that it'll be an "unforgettable night", which has already got me speculating. The trailer has teased some tensions between the couple too, as it shows Cassie getting caught making adult content to post online.

So, will their wedding be a fairytale romance or a complete disaster? We'll have to wait and see...
